Ask is the customer feedback and review-request service operated by BlackReef Marketing LLC (Coral Gables, FL). Local service businesses that work with us use Ask to follow up with their customers after a completed service — a thank-you, a quick "how did we do?", and a link to share feedback or leave a review.

Did you receive a text from us?

If you got a text with an ask.blackreefmarketing.com link, it's because a business you recently used works with Ask, and you gave that business your mobile number and agreed to receive service-related messages when you booked or received your service. Every message names the business you visited.

How it works

A participating business collects your mobile number and consent at booking, on its intake form, or through our online sign-up form.
After your service is completed, Ask sends a short follow-up on the business's behalf asking how it went, with a link to share your experience.
Your feedback goes to the business; if you choose, you can also post a public review.
